The CL440 fillers are part of the Challenger repair system.
These durable, versatile high-solids fillers offer a wide application window and excellent filling properties, providing outstanding vertical hold and adhesion.
The primers/fillers can be used individually or mixed with each other to achieve the optimal shade for the topcoat.
They ensure long-lasting performance of Challenger topcoats.
Features:
- Easy application
- Excellent sag resistance
- Easy to sand
- Provides good adhesion
- Can be converted into a non-sanding version using the CL330 additive
Substrates:
- Etch primer or epoxy primer
- OEM or refinish coatings that have been cleaned and sanded
- OEM e-coat (cathodic electrocoat), sanded and cleaned
- Polyester fiberglass, free of release agent, sanded and cleaned
