Car paint in a spray can (aerosol)

Automotive 1K aerosol spray paint, color-matched by code, is used for final coating of various surfaces, including repair painting of car parts, door frames, handles, mirror housings, moldings, trims, and wheel rims. The coating dries quickly and provides excellent adhesion to various primed surfaces as well as to old sanded paintwork.

Surface preparation: The surface to be treated must be dry and free from dust and contaminants. Metal and plastic surfaces should be cleaned, lightly sanded, degreased, and primed beforehand. Old paintwork must be cleaned, sanded, degreased, and dried.

Application conditions: Minimum application temperature is +15°C. Recommended application temperature is +20°C. It is not recommended to apply at temperatures above +30°C.

Application: Mask off the areas that do not need to be painted. Shake the can thoroughly for 2–3 minutes before use. Shake it again periodically during application. Apply in even, thin coats from a distance of 15–20 cm.

Number of coats: Recommended number of coats is 2–3.

Safety: Use properly functioning personal protective equipment during work. Protect your eyes, hands, and respiratory system. The workspace must be well ventilated.

It is important to understand that it is not possible to test automotive paint filled into an aerosol can for color matching using a spray gun. The paint is filled in a semi-finished thick form because the can already contains solvent and propellant gas. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match. On the other hand, paint selected in this way will still be closer to your car’s color than any ready-made paint purchased in a store.
