Multi Füller Structural paint for bumpers Bumper Paint black 0.8 l

Gloss grade: matt

High-quality 1K thermoplastic topcoat with a special effect. Recommended for final painting of car parts made of plastic, such as bumpers, boards, mirrors. It allows to obtain a finegrained structure imitating plastic, covering minor defects of the substrate.

Substrates

It is designed to be applied on surfaces made of various kinds of plastic, especially polypropylene, PP, and its variables.

Note: Surface needs to be degreased and primed with Plastic Primer 1K before the paint application.

Use

For car repairs as a top coat imitating bumper structure.

Spraying viscosity

Approx. 17÷18 seconds at 20°C/DIN4

Number of layers

1÷2 layers;

RP gun parameters:

Nozzle: 1.3÷1.4 mm; Pressure of input: 2.0÷2.2 bars.
HVLP gun parameters:
Nozzle: 1.3÷1.4 mm; Inlet pressure: 2.0 bars.

Pressure – as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.

Evaporation time

Between layers: 5÷10 minutes

Evaporation time depends on the temperature and the number of layers.

Hardening time

Dust free: approx. 15 minutes at 20°C.
Final dryness: approx. 2 h at 20°C.

Temperature below 20°C significantly increases the hardening time.

General notes

• The best repair results can be achieved at room temperature. The temperature in the body shop and the temperature of the product should be similar.
• When working with 2K products, it is recommended to use personal protection equipment. Protect the eyes and respiratory system.
• The rooms should be well ventilated.
• Clean the guns and equipment immediately after use.
